This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Let your "Summer Fun" begin... Not your typical rental, Summer Fun has flat screen TV's, DVD players and porcelain bathroom flooring. The home also has hardwood floors. Start your morning off right on the expansive deck with a cup of coffee and sounds of the ocean beckoning for you to come and play. With beach access located conveniently across the street, the beach is literally just steps away.
Enjoy meals seated at the farmhouse table and the breakfast bar. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and each one has a flatscreen TV and cable for your personal enjoyment. Summer Fun has four bedrooms and two baths. There is a private outside shower with hot/cold water downstairs. Summer Fun also offers ample parking below the home next to the covered outdoor picnic area, charcoal grill, swing, and hammock. A washing machine and dryer has been provided for your convenience. WIFI is available throughout the home.
Conveniently located on Ocean Blvd, in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, groceries and the popular Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in addition to the beach - from the quiet Heritage Shores Nature Preserve to mini golf, family shows, shopping, and exciting nightlife. Summer Fun, in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is the perfect place to come, relax, and experience the ultimate salt life living!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family! The location was ideal with very easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (i like hot tea in the morning so a kettle for boiling water would’ve been a nice addition). I would highly recommend this house and will definitely consider renting this property again should we find ourselves in the area.
This property was wonderful. Clean and spacious. The porch was so wonderful everyone loved it. The outside shower is hot/cold water. Beach is right across the street. We are staying again 2020.
