This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
One More Time 1 is a vacation rental in the beautiful Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach. This is the first level of an oceanfront triplex, complete with a private balcony. It is located directly on the oceanfront and serves up a splendid view of the ever-changing South Carolina shore.
Featuring four bedrooms, One More Time 1 is carefully designed to provide spacious, non-smoking accommodations to vacationers. One More Time 1 is a North Myrtle Beach vacation rental with room for family dinners and game nights. Amenities in this vacation rental include an elevator. There's a full kitchen for simple and fancy meals and for preparing the inevitable snacks that are part of a wonderful South Carolina beach vacation. There are several flatscreen CCTVs, DVD player, and WiFi access. A washer and dryer are a Godsend for sandy swimsuits and towels, and they make packing so much easier. There's also an outside shower to minimize sand migration indoors.
Perhaps best of all is a shared saltwater pool and WiFi by the pool! If you have never tried a saltwater pool versus a chlorinated pool, you and your family are in for a treat. No chemicals. The water is softer; it feels smoother. There's no lingering smell on skin and hair, and it's easier to float! When you can no longer ignore the beach, grab a towel and run down the short, sandy path. Craft sandcastles, feel the sun on your skin, and fall asleep to the sounds of waves and seabirds. Paradise has been found.
From the beachfront at One More Time 1, you can spy the Myrtle Beach skyline, where championship golf courses, a plethora of shopping destinations, and a wide array of restaurants vie for your attention. Take a tour. Visit the aquarium. Shop until you drop. Speed down a thrilling water park ride or around the track in a go-cart. One More Time 1 is a North Myrtle Beach vacation rental that puts your vacationing family in close proximity to all that made the Grand Strand famous. Enjoy!
