This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Ocean Pearl has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Extended family and best friends will enjoy time spent at this vacation home nestled in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. The home features furnished balconies and a grilling area with picnic table. Guests are guaranteed to be comfortable and carefree when they stay at Ocean Pearl.

Over all we were please with Ocean Pearl and had a wonderful vacation, we would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy walk to the beach. It would be nice if there was more seating in the main living room but not complaining about that at all. The house does need a deep clean as we definitely left it much cleaner than when we arrived. Upstairs was hard to keep cool, you couldn’t leave the blinds open at all or it would get too hot, we bought a fan to help pull the air up to the second floor and that worked well. Over all very pleased and will return.
