This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Our expectations were definitely met. Kathy’s Cottage was perfect for our family vacation. The house was just what we needed to have a great time. The pool was wonderful. The walkway to the beach was wonderful as well. And 4 bathrooms!!! What a plus. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. We will definitely be back. The communication with Elliott Beach Rental via phone , email and text was top notch as usual
We loved our stay and will be definitely coming back! It was perfect for our family of 6! Very big living room and dining area!
We stayed at Kathy’s Cottage the week of 8/12-8/19 The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The deck is beautiful. The pool is terrific to refresh yourself after a day at the beach. Our only issue was the back door leading to the deck. It was difficult to open from the inside going outside. I’m sure being on the beach and the elements beats that up. Overall our week was great and the house met all our needs. “Kathy” would be happy about the memories we made.
This is the best beach house we have ever rented. The enormous deck and extra large pool are so incredible and appealing! We only had a few dinners out because we wanted to stay at the house and enjoy the amenities. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is such a nice feature. The king bed in one one and two queen beds in the other three bedrooms are ideal! Our group could feel the owner’s love in every detail of this property! Thank you for sharing this wonderful beach house!
