This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Staying at Holiday Dock allows you the opportunity to spend as much time at the beach as you wish playing in the soft sand and sculpting sandcastles with the kids. Pack your favorite novels and finally find time to read in the beautiful sunshine. Later when you head back to the beach vacation rental home you can float on a raft in the outdoor swimming pool or take advantage of the wonderful grilling area and sizzle up your catch of the day. Monthly winter rentals will fill quickly for this spacious beach home so be sure to book your winter stay early and avoid the snowy days back home.

Only a short walk across the street from Holiday Dock you will discover the Atlantic Ocean and the amazing Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. This marvelous pier was constructed around 1950 and was remodeled and lengthened since then. Here you can fish with the professionals and land the catch of the day. There is a fantastic bait shop with fishing rentals, too.

The good: excellent location with great parking, easy access to beach, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms with good water pressure, A/C worked very well, pet friendly, great enclosed pool area.
Holiday Dock was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the beach was close.
