This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The full kitchen comes fully equipped with all you need, and the convenience of a washer and dryer ensures a stress-free stay. Kids will love the two gaming TVs in the bedroom with twin beds, and the enclosed shower and outdoor seating area provide a delightful spot to admire the beautiful North Myrtle Beach sunsets. Dawg Pound is ideal for family vacations. The house features a large driveway for the kids to enjoy skateboarding, scootering, or cycling. Monthly rentals are available from October through March, and mini-weeks are available from September through March.

Elliott was awesome to work with! They gave us several options in same area to choose from to move to and it was a seamless transition to get a better house.
