This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Belair Up is the upper level of a truly lovely channel house nestled in the beautiful Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach. This non-smoking, three-bedroom, three-bath rental has a shared outdoor pool. This lovely vacation rental is only a couple of blocks from the ocean and all its charms -- endless shell strewn stretches of sand and dunes where wind whispers through the sea oats. There's no better nap than one taken on the ocean's edge. Seagulls, sandcastles, kite-flying, floating in a tidal pool; the charms are countless and change with every passing hour. Wash off in the outside shower (with hot water) and rinse your shells in a big, outdoor sink.
Located on a saltwater channel, Belair Up serves up a lesser-known North Myrtle Beach view -- the serpentine channel. This waterfront view is peaceful and calls to mind kayaking excursions, crab catching contests and casting a line. This South Carolina beach vacation rental provides a floating dock that makes this all possible from the privacy of your own back yard. The view is equally peaceful from the master bedroom.
The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy for families and friends to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving this vacation rental. Whipping up sandwiches and snacks to take to the stunning South Carolina beach is fun and easy. Throw an impromptu picnic on the floating dock. There are several flatscreen TVs and DVD players, as well as WIFI in this North Myrtle Beach vacation rental. There's a washer and dryer, too.
Channelside to oceanside, Belair Up offers the best of all worlds. Close at hand you will discover restaurants, shopping, entertainment destinations, golf, boat tours, salt-water fishing excursions, and more fun than you'll be able to fit in one North Myrtle Beach vacation. We loved the location. The house was neat and updated. The pool was great and the channel view was so peaceful. Would have rated it 5 stars but as another reviewer stated, the mattresses were very firm.
Mt family stayed at Belair Up, and We loved the location of this house and the pool overlooking the channel was great! The house was neat, clean and well-maintained. I would have given it 5 stars, except the mattresses were VERY firm. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation at Belair Up and hope we will be able to stay here again.
