This charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is just three rows from the beach, offering easy access to the sand and sea. Thoughtfully designed with extra-wide doors for accessibility, it’s also pet friendly with a 25 lbs. weight limit for your furry companions. A $300 deposit is required, with half refundable.
The home’s stylish kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and an air fryer—perfect for culinary enthusiasts. Enjoy relaxing mornings on the screened-in back porch or grill up a delicious BBQ with the charcoal grill. Inside, the entertainment options are endless, from a dedicated entertainment room with a PS5 to flatscreen TVs throughout. Have fun with cornhole and Four in a Row, or unwind with a movie night. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower for rinsing off beach sand, and central heating and air for year-round comfort.

New 2022 home. Beautiful home and in front of the beach. Elliott has good communication and is friendly
Talk about a convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach with no other buildings blocking the view. Having a desk/office so I could answer a few work emails was the perfect addition. The house as a whole is beautiful and my family would love to visit again in the future.
