Description
This beautiful newly built three-story townhouse is located in The Townes at Barefoot. Barefoot Townes 5122 is conveniently located just minutes from the Intracoastal Waterway and the main resort pool. With the scrumptious onsite resort restaurants, including The Marina Bar and Grill, Putter’s Pub, and the Barefoot Market Café, there is no need to go far for great food! Hop on the seasonal shuttle and enjoy the quick trip across the waterway to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance at Barefoot Landing. The shuttle can also take you to the main resort pool and to Barefoot Landing, where you can shop, dine, and be entertained.
The gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room are all on the first floor of this open floor plan vacation rental. The spacious kitchen is filled with a wonderful array of cookware and everything you need to prepare a meal at home. There is a dining room with comfortable seating for six and a breakfast bar with three additional stools. The spacious living room is right off of the kitchen. There is ample space for everyone with a sofa and loveseat. The open-concept layout makes for easy conversation while enjoying the TV in the living room. A half bath off the living area conveniently serves you or friends dropping over. Just off the living room is a relaxing screened-in porch. On the second floor, you will find the master suite as well as two additional bedrooms. The master suite has a beautiful king bed, dresser, and a flat-screen TV. A private bath also adjoins the master suite. The second and third bedrooms are outfitted with a queen bed and flat-screen TV in one and two singles in the other. A full bath in the hall serves the two bedrooms, and a neatly tucked away laundry room beside the bathroom.
On the third floor, you will find an additional master suite, impeccably decorated with upscale furnishings and bedding. The suite has a king-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and two additional twin beds. Adjoining the master suite is a private bath suite with a walk-in shower, vanity, and closet.

Overall great place to stay!
This was a very nice property. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Not walkable, but minutes away from the beach in a vehicle. There were a lot of things to do and many restaurants nearby.
Beautiful place to stay, clean and spacious. I did think we would have a water view based on the pictures but maybe I just assumed wrong. The staff was very attentive and check in/out was easy.
