There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area featured at Sunrise Pointe 4E. Luxurious details will help you feel at ease during your entire vacation. Sunrise Pointe is a desirable resort in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The principal bedroom has a King bed and a spectacular view of the ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows. It directly walks out to the balcony. The ensuite has double sinks, separate shower and tub. The walk-in closet has lots of space and storage. Each Bedroom has a flat screen TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Kitchen is well equipped to eat in if you enjoy cooking. There are a lot of great eating places in the area if you want the night off. This North Myrtle Beach condo even has wireless Internet access, making it easy to make tee times or dinner reservations at one of the hundreds of nearby restaurants.
Sunrise Pointe resort also offers multiple water attractions, such as the lazy river and both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a kiddie pool, exclusive to our guests. And nearby, of course, is the stunning Atlantic. Your heart will skip when your first sink your toes into the sandy beaches. Hunt for sea shells by the seashore or just relax on the warm sand when you are not splashing about in the waves. You can even try your hand at the various water sports to change up the speed of this vacation. Or maybe cast a lure off of the Cherry Grove Fishing pier.
You will love being right on the beach and will want to explore the places near this North Myrtle Beach Resort, where you can reserve a spot on a fishing charter, rent Jet Skis, or go horseback riding on the beach. All of the popular North Myrtle Beach attractions, golf courses and shopping areas are close to this North Myrtle Beach rental—be sure to investigate them all while on your North Myrtle Beach vacation. Please note: The HOA of Sunrise Pointe does not allow motorcycles or trailers on the property. The City of North Myrtle Beach has passed an ordinance that NO canopies/tents are allowed on the beach from May 15- September 15th. Only umbrellas with a center poll. NO PETS ALLOWED. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, even on the balcony. The property of Sunrise Pointe is no smoking, including walkways, pool area, and balconies. There is assigned parking for 2 cars only, on the 3rd floor, convenient from both elevators. There are height restrictions of 7 feet to enter the garage. Luggage carts are located in the lobby.

Everything was great, need a pan for the oven and had an issue with the sink stopper not working properly.
We enjoyed our month in Sunrise Pointe 4e. The view is terrific and the location in Cherry Grove is peaceful. It’s a short walk to the local nature preserve where we saw some interesting birds. Easy access to the beach for walking, which we did every day - great beach! It was our first time booking with Elliott and we found them to be very professional and the condo was clean on our arrival. Linens were included in our package, but we always bring our own bedding and towels so we didn’t need them. We have already made a booking through Elliott for next winter. Everything worked in the condo so there was no need for any service calls. The couches were a bit sat out, but the newer rocker swivel recliner was great. The deck furniture is a bit basic, but again we bring our own camping rockers, so not a problem. An upgrade to the tv and silverware would be nice. All in all it was good value for what we paid and our expectations were met. The building appeared to be well maintained and was very clean and we saw maintenance staff almost every day.

We had a few issues but Elliott Realty came and fixed the issues even though it took apart from our day we would come back. The unit is steps from the beach and has a great view of the ocean, which honestly was the best part for us. Nothing can beat the location. Most of the guests are retired so everything is very calm and the 3 pools were empty almost every time we wanted to use them and the floats in the lazy river pool were a great touch.
