We were very pleased with this unit. Nice sized TVs. Comfortable furniture. Nice kitchen layout. Plenty of towels. Air Conditioning was comfortable. The management reps were friendly and responded quickly to repair requests. The bedroom furniture is a little large for the rooms and we had several ouchy bumps from running into the corner of the beds. All in all this is a great place to stay.

If you're looking for a spacious condo that can sleep 6 (or more) comfortably in a prime location, this is your vacation home. The balcony offered a lovely ocean view, and I really liked how close we were to not just the beach, but the ocean: we stepped through the gate in the back, walked maybe 20 yards and there's the shoreline. The space was clean and ask described. The smart TVs in every room gave us something to do when the sun went down, and we often gathered around the large dining table every morning to plan our day. Check-in was super easy, and I really appreciate getting checked in off-site: it creates a lot less chaos on Saturdays.

Accommodations are very nice, just as advertised.

The space was very nice. It is located on the beach. Just walk out and the beach is under your feet. The resort has pools and water play areas for kids.

Location location location! Right in the middle of everything!

This place was all we could ask for and more! We traveled with my in laws and everyone had space and the balconies were the icing on the cake! So clean!

Our family had the best time staying in this condo. We went in mid April and with the. Hilly temps the heated pools downstairs and lazy river were perfect. Once we found the parking lot across the street it was super convenient to come and go and enjoy the local amenities. Loved the patio views from every room and ocean views. 10/10 recommended for the price we paid for 5 days.

This was perfect for our family. Three bedrooms all with their own door to a balcony. 2 of the rooms had their own small private balcony. The other bedroom had a door to the main balcony. Nice kitchen. Plenty of room for the 5 of us that went. We loved the 17th floor view! Would definitely stay again!

Condo was nice. Good location. Condo was very clean and welcoming. Large living room and good size bedrooms. Kitchen stocked well also. Would definitely recommend to others. Will stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect, the unit was clean and it was quite spacious. Elliott Rentals was also very easy to work with. They were extremely quick to respond before and during our stay. I will say that I would prefer to not have to go to an off site location to obtain check in instructions. It would be much easier if a code was provided to the unit electronically since the door had a keypad lock and did not require a physical key. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely use Elliott Realty

This condo was perfect for our family and I would highly recommend. We especially liked that all 3 bedrooms had their own balcony. We weren’t able to check in until a little later than expected but it was worth the wait. The pool, kiddy pool, and access to the beach were perfect.

Its was very beautiful we really enjoyed it I would love to come again there thank you so much for everything.

Everything was perfect no complaints, We will definitely continue to book through Elliot Beach Rentals the whole process was amazing and fast!

There was a small hiccup when we first got to the room. I think there was an error in communication because our room had not been cleaned. However after reaching out the cleaning person came right away and cleaned for us. Her name was Joyce she did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to meet. The room was perfect for our little family. The resort was great and so were all the employees there. Elliot vacation rentals was the best rental office i have ever used and I will go through them again for our next vacation.

All in all, it was a great stay in a nice condo with an incredible view! While we had a couple mishaps, The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating to make everything right with as little disruption to our vacation as possible. I would stay at this place and with Elliott again!

Love that each bedroom had a view of the ocean. Clean and comfortable space. Good location. Great amenities. Enjoyed lounging on the chairs at the pool facing the ocean. One disappointment was that the balconies were very small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sandy Beach Resort!

This property has a more home like feeling because it has a sectional couch, tropical shower curtains and vinyl plank flooring (no more disgusting carpet)! It was in a great location and the digital lock is nice because no one has to worry about misplacing a key! The parking at this resort is easy and there is tons of it. We will be back.
