Great experience with our vacation rental. Laguna Keyes Unit 711 exceeded my expectations: from the furnishings, well stocked kitchen essentials and cleanliness, we had a wonderful vacation and the views were amazing! We noticed in the 2nd bedroom bath that the lights and exhaust fan did not come on, called the office and they walked us through the reset over the phone in seconds and all was well the rest of the stay. Great communication when unit was available for check-in (was ready for us earlier than expected, which was great because we arrived at 1:00), clear instructions for departure responsibilities and pest control scheduled during our stay so that we knew to expect their arrival. Highly recommend!!!
