This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Betty Boo is located in North Myrtle Beach, this home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are no pets allowed at this home and no smoking. All stainless steel appliances with a farmhouse style sink in the kitchen. Indulge in the sun with a floating dock as this home sits on the channel. Private pool to enjoy with your friends and family. Washer and dryer along with a fireplace for the cooler nights.
Home has an outside shower, and a pool for your relaxing evenings, along with a tanning ledge in the pool and a floating dock. There are 70 inch TVs along with other TVs to enjoy your night of football or baseball. WIFI is available.
North Myrtle Beach is a city in South Carolina. It’s part of the Grand Strand, a 60-mile string of Atlantic beaches. Downtown, Main Street is lined with shops, eateries and bars. Alligator Adventure is an animal park featuring swamps with reptiles, plus live shows. By the ocean, O.D. Pavilion Amusement Park offers fairground rides and traditional snacks. Nearby McLean Park has a lake and picnic shelters.
